The Software I Needed Didn’t Exist — So I Created It
After almost a year of building, refining, and shaping every detail, Regal Instinx Pro is now entering live trials with breeders across the globe. Created from real, hands-on experience, this platform was born from the need for something better — a system that truly understands the day-to-day reality of breeding. Seeing it now move beyond Townhill and into the hands of breeders worldwide is a moment we’re incredibly proud of.

We’re incredibly proud to share that Townhill Maine Coons has been named a Finalist in the UK Small Business Awards 2026, representing Northern Ireland in the Best Pet Business category.

Sometimes breeding isn’t about finding new homes.
Sometimes, it’s about knowing when one is already home.
Not every kitten is meant to leave. From the moment Katniss could walk, she was drawn to my husband, and he to her. She watches him, follows him, and listens to him in a way she doesn’t with anyone else, and he understands her just as instinctively. Their connection has grown quietly and naturally, built on trust, recognition, and choice.
Breeding isn’t always about waiting lists or plans on paper. It’s about responsibility, ethics, and truly listening to what our cats show us.
Townhill Katniss Girl on Fire will be staying with us, exactly where she belongs.

A wonderful debut for our baby boy at just 15 weeks old. Ernest handled his first show beautifully and achieved:

These principles reflect the standards we follow every day as a breeder.
Responsible breeding is about protecting the future of the breed as much as it is about the kittens themselves.
