Stacey & Danny, a husband and wife team who share a deep love for animals and motorbikes. Married since 2023, but together for over ten years, our journey with Maine Coons is rooted in a lifelong passion for these magnificent cats.
Stacey, originally from a small village in Northern Ireland, has adored Maine Coons since childhood, always dreaming of one day owning one. She has dedicated much of her life to understanding feline behavior and is qualified in feline psychology, ensuring that all of our cats are raised with a strong focus on their emotional well-being and social development. Danny, also from Northern Ireland, grew up surrounded by his mother’s cats, never realizing that marrying Stacey would lead to a home filled with even more feline companions.
Before starting our breeding journey, Stacey spent many years rescuing and rehoming cats and kittens. That journey led her to Donnie, her first true love and the heart of  Townhill Maine Coons. Though Donnie is a pet-only companion, he inspired us to dedicate ourselves to this remarkable breed. With a deep appreciation for Maine Coons, we decided to start our own breeding program, sharing the beauty and brilliance of these magnificent cats with others.

Our Approach & Values

From the very beginning, our kittens are raised in a loving, family environment. They grow up surrounded by everyday household life, including children and our other cats, which helps them become confident, well-socialised little characters. Everything is done within a clean, calm, and carefully managed home setting, where their welfare always comes first.

At Townhill Maine Coons, our cats are pets first and foremost. We spend a lot of time handling, grooming, and gently introducing our kittens to new experiences, so they grow into relaxed, well-adjusted companions. Stacey holds recognised qualifications in feline behaviour and continues to study within this field, which plays an important role in how we understand each kitten’s individual temperament and support their emotional development from the very start.

Health and wellbeing are at the heart of everything we do. Each cat receives individual attention, a high-quality diet, and ongoing veterinary care. Early socialisation is incredibly important to us, and we take great care to ensure every kitten leaves us confident, affectionate, and ready to settle smoothly into their new home.

Above all, our aim is to share the joy of this extraordinary breed by placing our Maine Coons into loving, carefully chosen homes where they can truly thrive.
